DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment adds open porches that project no more than seven (7) feet into a front yard to the list of permitted obstructions.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
      Subparagraph f. of Paragraph 2. entitled "In Front Yards" of Subdivision (e) entitled "Permitted Obstructions in Required Yards" of Subsection (6) entitled "Bulk Regulations" of Section 28.04 entitled "General Provisions" of the Madison General Ordinances is created to read as follows:
"f.      Open porches projecting seven (7) feet or less into the yard."
