Fiscal Note

The Resolution will authorize the addition of a 1.0 FTE Grants Supervisor.  Funding for the position in 2009 will be supported with a reallocation of Federal Grant funds that are already included in the CDBG 2009 Adopted Operating Budget.   For the remainder of 2009, the estimated cost is $23,595 for salary expense, plus $9,037 in benefits, for a total estimated cost of $32,632.  The CDBG 2009 Adopted Operating Budget will need to be amended as noted in the Resolved clause below.  There is no net additional appropriation required.
