Title
Accepting a 10-foot wide Public Storm Sewer Easement from Robert Kortsch and Sean and Nataliya Flannery across the properties located and 540 and 544 Oak Street.
Body
WHEREAS, the Plans, Spcifications and Schedule of Assessments for the Oak Street (500 Block) Assessable Drainage District, approved by the City of Madison Common Council on April 21, 2008, did not include provisions for acceptance of easements from property owners; and
WHEREAS, a drainge problem exists between the properties at 540 and 544 Oak Street which can be corrected with installation of an inlet and storm sewer between the properties in conjunction with the Oak Street Assessable Drainage District Project No. 53W0759.
WHEREAS, the property owners agree to give strom sewer easements to the City of Madison at no cost to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City of Madison Engineering Division staff have reviewed and recommend the acceptance of the easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of madison is hereby authorized to accept for Robert Kortsch and Sean and Nataliya Flannery, at no cost to the City, a 10-foot wide Storm Sewer Easement across the following described lands:
The Southerly 2.69 feet of Lot 25, Block 4, North Lawn Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, located in the NW1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 05, T7N. R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin.
