The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3435. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3435.  The following described property is hereby omitted from the A Agriculture District and PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District and added to the R2T Single-Family Residence District:
Outlot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 12110 recorded in volume 74 of Certified Survey Maps on pages 328-332 as Document No. 4296353 Dane County Registry and a parcel of land located in the SW¼ of the NE¼ of Section 11, T7N, R10E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit: Commencing at the north quarter corner of said Section 11; thence S00º57'41"E, 2404.67 feet; thence N89º16'30"E, 929.10 feet to the northwest corner of said Outlot 1, Certified Survey Map No. 12110 and the point of beginning; thence continuing N89º16'30"E, 406.00 feet; thence S00º43'30"E, 160.31 feet; thence S88º24'55"W, 406.05 feet to the southwest corner of said Outlot 1; thence N00º43'30"W along the west line of said Outlot 1, 166.40 feet to the point of beginning.  This parcel contains 66,323 square feet or 1.52 acres."
