Fiscal Note
Engineering staff estimate that new fees associated with these ordinance changes will generate approximately $17,750 in additional annual revenues for the Stormwater Utility. These new revenues are expected to partially offset the costs of a new Erosion Control and Stormwater Management website, which are estimated at $24,000 for the first year. The difference of $6,250 will be absorbed within the existing 2007 Adopted Stormwater Utility Operating Budget. No additional appropriation is required, nor is any impact upon cost controls anticipated. Actual revenues will vary, depending upon the number of project fees paid.
