The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, a PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District has been duly filed for approval of the Madison Common Council and is hereby made an integral component of the zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Common Council of the City of Madison do ordain as follows:
Paragraph 3192. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3192. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
Being a part of Lot 90, Second Addition to Mid Town Commons, as recorded in Volume 58-076A of Plats, on Pages 383-384, as Document Number 4064709, Dane County Registry, also located in the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of the Southeast Quarter (1/4) of Section 34, T07N, R08E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly most corner of said Lot 90, said point also lying on the northerly right-of-way line of Mid Town Road; thence along the boundary line of said Lot 90 for the next three (3) courses; 1-N01°25'51"E, 327.39 feet; 2-thence S89°16'08"W, 66.71 feet; 3-thence N01°25'26"E, 154.16 feet; thence S88°34'34"E, 83.42 feet; thence S74°07'33"E, 118.54 feet; t...
