WHEREAS, Alder Carter served on the City-County Liaison Committee; Community Development Authority; Madison Arts Commission; Plan Commission; Urban Design Commission; Water Utility Board; Common Council Organizational Committee; President’s Work Group on Police & Community Relations; President’s Work Group to Develop City-Wide Surveillance Equipment & Data Management Policies; Task Force on the Structure of City Government; Historic Preservation Plan Advisory Committee; Truman Olson Selection Committee; Alcohol License Review Committee; Room Tax Commission; Jeffrey Clay Erlanger Civility in Public Discourse Award Committee; Common Council Executive Committee; Finance Committee; President’s Work Group to Review and Revise the Chief of Staff Position Description; President’s Work Group on Racial Justice, Antiracism and Equity; Urban Forestry Task Force; Destination Madison Board; and Alliant Energy Center Redevelopment Committee; and
