Body

WHEREAS, MREC VH Madison, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation of bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Grandview Commons - Phase 22.

 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

 

                     Saturn Drive from West Line of Lot 656 to East Line of Lot 6

                     Venus Way from South Line of Lot 102 to North Line of Lot 6

 

 

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 10502 by $18,628.07 for a useful life of 40 years.
