Authorizing the Clerk to issue a Summons to A Place for Friends Bar & Grill, LLC, dba A Place for Friends, Darius Wilson, Registered Agent, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee

Body

WHEREAS, A Place for Friends Bar & Grill, LLC, (the subject establishment) is the holder of a Class B combination retail alcohol license at 1205 Sherman Avenue, in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin; and

WHEREAS, a Complaint has been filed with the City Clerk by Assistant City Attorney Steen C. Brist, against the subject establishment which alleges that the subject establishment is in violation of Sec. 38.10(1)(a), Madison General Ordinances; and

WHEREAS, Sec. 38.1091)(ar) authorizes the Common Council to issue a Summons, signed by the City Clerk, when a Complaint has been filed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to issue a Summons to A Place for Friends Bar & Grill, LLC, d/b/a A Place for Friends, to appear before the Alcohol License Review Committee.
