Delete non-contractual items for the four police officers added by Board of Estimates Amendment No. 4. Delete funding for two new squad cars and instead equip two existing vehicles for use by Patrol. If there is approval to equip two existing vehicles for use by patrol, the funds allocated will be utilized in conjunction with the funds provided in the Executive Budget Highlights of the Police Budget, item # 4 at $28,130 to upgrade a total of three vehicles. Two of these vehicles will be upgraded for use as marked patrol squad cars.
