DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones various properties generally located throughout the “Walnut Grove” subdivision, including Walnut Grove Park, from PD (Planned Development) District to SR-C3 (Suburban Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_9_1”), rezones various properties located throughout the “First Addition to Junction Ridge” subdivision from PD to TR-C3 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 3) District (Map Area “AD_9_2” and Map Area “AD_9_4”), and rezones various properties located throughout the “Oakbridge” subdivision from PD to TR-C1 (Traditional Residential-Consistent 1) District (Map Area “AD_9_3”).
