SUBSTITUTE Implementing the North Phased Attachment Area in the Town of Blooming Grove Cooperative Plan by creating Section 15.01(595) of the Madison General Ordinances entitled "City Boundaries" and being part of the chapter entitled "Aldermanic Districts and Wards" attaching to the 3rd Aldermanic District certain properties located on the south side of CTH T/ Commercial Avenue west of Sprecher Road, hereinafter referred to as “Area A”; attaching to the 3rd Aldermanic District certain properties located along and south of CTH T and Seminary Springs Road east to the eastern town line, hereinafter referred to as “Area B”; attaching to the 3rd Aldermanic District a parcel addressed as 6211 Milwaukee Street, hereinafter referred to as “Area C”; attaching to the 3rd Aldermanic District certain properties located along the east side of S.
