DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS:  This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 4724 Tradewinds Parkway from IL (Industrial-Limited) District to SE (Suburban Employment) District to allow additional allowed uses in the existing office building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:

                     1.                     Map Amendment 00654 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:

“28.022-00654. The following described property is hereby rezoned to SE (Suburban Employment) District.

Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map 14082, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 3.69 acres (160,775 square feet).”
