DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This amendment will rezone the property located at 750 University Row from PD (SIP) Planned Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District to Amended PD (SIP) Amended Planned Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District in order to request a four-year extension for existing 299-stall temporary parking lot.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00346 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00346. The following described property is hereby zoned Amended PD (SIP) Amended Planned Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
Lots 2 and 3 University Crossing, a subdivision in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said described parcel contains 207,463 square feet or 4.76 acres.”
