Body
WHEREAS, VAL, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Village at Autumn Lake Phase 13 - Surface Paving.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Autumn Lake Parkway from N of Lot 1183 to Waterfall Way.
• Fountain Mist Circle from Autumn Lake Parkway to E of Lot 1183.
• Autumn Lake Parkway from Waterfall Way to Felland Road.
• Waterfall Way from Autumn Lake Parkway to Springs Dreams Lane.
• Waterfall Way from Springs Dreams Lane to N of Lot 1268.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13857 by $14,768.32 for a useful life of 40 years.
