DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 3357 and 3359 East Washington Avenue from TR-V1 (Traditional Residential-Varied 1) District to CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District for future multi-family development.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00723 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00723. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District.
Beginning at the southwestern corner of Lot 2, Block 4 of Brigham’s Fair Oaks Addition; thence N00°17’00”E along the west line of said plat a distance of 202.3 feet; thence S44°25’00”W a distance of 164.5 feet to the southerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Brigham’s Commercial Plat; thence N40°27’00”W along the westerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 24.63 feet; thence S44°25’00”W a distance of 53.70 feet, more or less; thence S61°52’00”W a distance of 120.82 feet, more or less; thence N61°52’00”E a distance of 102.62 feet, more or less; thence S 89°43’00”E a distance of 116.4 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. Said described area contains 25,700 square feet (0.59 acres), more or less.”
