Title
Commending and thanking Alderperson Lucas Dailey for his dedicated service to the constituents in District 13 and to the City of Madison.
Body
WHEREAS, Alderperson Lucas Dailey was appointed to the Madison Common Council on April 29, 2014; and,
WHEREAS, during his tenure Alderperson Dailey served on the Bayview Foundation Board, Committee on the Environment, Community Development Authority, Joint Southeast Campus Area Committee, Joint West Campus Area Committee, Transit and Parking Commission and the Henry Vilas Zoo Commission; and,
WHEREAS, Alderperson Lucas Dailey served his constituents by keeping them informed on neighborhood issues; holding meetings regarding proposed developments, liquor licensing issues and other neighborhood concerns, utilizing his city webpage to blog and provide updates to residents and by his willingness to directly connect with District 13 constituents; and,
WHEREAS, Alderperson Lucas Dailey through his hard work and dedication to his aldermanic duties has faithfully and with honor served his constituents and the City of Madison,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Common Council commend and thank Alderperson Lucas Dailey for his dedicated service to his constituents in District 13 and the City of Madison.
