Resolution #05363 (adopted 2/6/07) provided that City funding for this project was limited to a $20,000 Neighborhood Grant previously awarded to the project, and that the total project amount was limited to $80,000. This resolution expands the original scope of services and increases the total contract amount to $95,000. Total City share will not exceed $35,000, comprised of the previously authorized $20,000 in Neighborhood Grant funds plus an additional $15,000 in TID 24 proceeds as authorized in the P&D 2007 Adopted capital budget, project #10, "Southeast Industrial Development." The remainder of the funding will be derived from grant funds and private fundraising. A segregated revenue account (S037) has been established to administer the funding.

WHEREAS, Resolution #05363 authorizing the hiring of Cunningham Group, Architecture P.A. for consulting services for the Stoughton Road Revitalization Project (SRRP) was approved by the Common Council on February 6, 2007, and includes $12,000 from the Dane County BUILD Grant program, $20,000 from the City of Madison Neighborhood Planning Grant Program, and a minimum of $22,000 in private donations; and

WHEREAS, the focus of this planning effort is the Stoughton Road corridor generally located north of US Highway 12 & 18, and south of US Highway 30, and includes areas along frontage roads and nodes at the intersections of Broadway, Pflaum, Buckeye, Cottage Grove Roads, and Milwaukee Street; and
