WHEREAS, MCS Investments, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  9603 Paragon Place - Phase 1.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

 

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

 

•                     Paragon Street from Bear Claw Way to 315’ west of Bear Claw Way
