Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in 9603 Paragon Place - Phase 1, Private Contract No. 2439 (9th AD)

WHEREAS, MCS Investments, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction in Paragon Place - Phase 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
SANITARY SEWER ACCOUNTING DATA
A) Total Contract Value (including Engineering
And Miscellaneous Costs) $ 56,147.51
B) Contributions in Aid of Construction:
a) Public Sewer Components $ 56,147.51
b) Sewer Laterals $ -0-
C) Investments in Capital (MSU Share) $ -0-
D) Total Plant Value $ 56,147.51
3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $31,713.50.
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
· Paragon Street from Bear Claw Way to 315’ west of Bear Claw Way
· Wilrich Street from Bear Claw Way to 265’ west...
