DRAFTER’S ANALYSIS: This ordinance rezones property located at 7043 Tree Lane from SE (Suburban Employment) District to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District to construct multi-family building with community living arrangement containing 143 independent living apartments and 32 memory care or assisted living units.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
Map Amendment 00389 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.022-00389. The following described property is hereby rezoned to CC-T (Commercial Corridor - Transitional) District:
Lot 2, CSM 14706, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 138,244 square feet (3.17 acres).”
