DRAFTER'S ANALYSIS: This ordinance amendment rezones property located at 204 Price Place from SE (Suburban Employment) District to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District to allow future construction of an apartment building.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00684 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00684. The following described property is hereby rezoned to TR-U2 (Traditional Residential-Urban 2) District.
Lot 2, Certified Survey Map 15277, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. Said parcel contains 19,575 square feet (0.45 acres).”
