Authorizing the execution of an Underground Telecommunications Line Easement to TDS Telecom Service Corporation across a portion of Engineering Stormwater Utility Parcel 533, located at 3969 Manchester Road.
Body
WHEREAS, TDS Telecom Service Company is upgrading the telecommunications facilities in the Manchester Road area and have requested an underground telecommunications line easement across a portion of Engineering Stormwater Utility Parcel 533, located at 3969 Manchester Road; and
WHEREAS, City of Madison Engineering Division staff has reviewed and approve of the granting of such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Underground Telecommunications Line Easement to TDS Telecom Service Corporation across a portion of Engineering Stormwater Parcel 533, legally described as follows:
A strip of land, six (6) feet in width, as depicted on Exhibit A, being located in part of Outlot 7, Nesbitt Valley, a recorded plat located in the SW ΒΌ of Section 12, Town 6 North, Range 8 East, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Outlot 7 of the plat of Nesbitt Valley; thence on an assumed bearing along the North line of said plat, South 89 degrees 56 minutes 24 seconds West, 99.54 feet to the West line of said Outlot 7; thence along said West line, South 00 degrees 22 minutes 21 seconds West, 6.00 feet; thence parallel with the said North line, North 89 degrees 56 minutes 24 seconds East, 99.54 feet to the East line of said Outlot 7; thence along said East line, North 00 degrees 22 minutes 21 seconds, 6.00 feet to the point of beginning.
