with the following conditions: (1) Parking lot will be staffed by a dedicated security person from 11 p.m. until the parking lot has cleared on nights with live music. (2) License holder will work with neighbors on control and clearance of parking lot. (3) Live music will end by one hour before bar time Monday - Friday mornings, and half an hour before bar time on Saturday and Sunday mornings. (4) Front door will be closed whenever there is live music, and back door will be used as an entrance until 9 p.m., at which time door will be locked and used as an emergency exit only. (5) License holder will work with Waste Management to require no dumping before 7 a.m. (6) Bartending staff will be instructed not to dump waste between 9 p.m. and 10 a.m. (7) Bouncer will keep smoking patrons in front of the bar and away from adjacent housing. (8) License holder will require staff to attend the Safer Bars Training whenever it occurs. (9) Renewal is contingent upon review by the Alcohol License Review Committee. (10) Alcohol Licensed Establishment Response Team meetings will occur in January and April of 2006.
