Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract in Village at Autumn Lake - Phase 13, Private Contract No. 9100 (District 17).
Body
WHEREAS, VAL, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Village at Autumn Lake - Phase 13.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $268,976.98
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Autumn Lake Parkway from N of Lot 1183 to Waterfall Way.
• Fountain Mist Circle from Autumn Lake Parkway to E of Lot 1183.
• Autumn Lake Parkway from Waterfall Way to Felland Road.
• Waterfall Way from Autumn Lake Parkway to Springs Dreams Lane.
• Waterfall Way from Springs Dreams Lane to N of Lot 1268.
• Springs Dreams Lane from Waterfall Way to 357 FT N of Sanctuary Drive.
• Waterfall Way - Felland RD Alley from Felland Road to Waterfall Way.
• Outlot 70 Sidewalk from S of Lot 1155 to Waterfall Way.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13857 by $329,808.58 for a useful life of 40 years.
