Proposed Use: Construct 14-unit apartment building adjacent to Acacia apartments/fraternity. 2nd Aldermanic District; 229 West Lakelawn Place.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Paragraph 3546. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3546. The following described property is hereby omitted from the R6 General Residence District and added to the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District:
Lots 7 and 8, Freeman-Allen Replat in the City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin. This parcel contains 13,780 square feet or 0.32 acres."
2. Paragraph 3547. of Subdivision (a) of Subsection (2) of Section 28.06 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
"28.06(2)(a)3547. The following described property is hereby omitted from the PUD(GDP) Planned Unit Development (General Development Plan) District and added to the PUD(SIP) Planned Unit Development (Specific Implementation Plan) District:
