Accepting sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract In Birchwood Point South - Phase 3, Private Contract No. 8550 (1st AD).
Body
WHEREAS, VH Birchwood South, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: Birchwood Point South - Phase 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said sanitary sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Sewer Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Sewer Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".

3. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $123,387.60
4. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Hazy Sky Parkway from the West line of Lot 358 to Sugar Maple Lane
• Sugar Maple Lane from Hazy Sky Parkway to Quiet Leaf Drive
• Sugar Maple lane from Quiet Leaf Drive to the North line of Lot 321
• Quiet Leaf Drive from the West line of Lot 328 to Sugar Maple Lane
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12887 by $ 265,408.88 for a useful life of 40 years.
