Body
WHEREAS, 4612 Hammersley Road Madison LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (sidewalk) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 4612 Hammersley Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the street improvements, sidewalk, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Hammersley Road Sidewalk from Heritage Circle to Pontiac Trail.
• Heritage Circle Sidewalk from Hammersley Road to E of 4612 Hammersley Road.
• Pontiac Trail Sidewalk from Hammersley Road to S of 1209 Pontiac Trail.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13461 by $ 504.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
