The annualized cost of the proposed reclassification of position #111 is approximately $6,600. The impact on the 2024 Adopted Operating Budget is approximately the same due to an effective date on the reclassification of 1/8/2024. The proposed resolution would create the classification of Community Development Manager (Comp Group 18/Range 15) and position #111 would be reclassified to the new classification from Community Develompent Program Manager (Comp Group 18/Range 14). Additionally, the classification of Community Development Grants Supervisor (CG18/R15) would be deleted and the position (#4252) would be recreated in the new classification (budget neutral). Costs associated with the reclassification of position #111 will be absorbed within the Community Development Division's 2024 Adopted Operating Budget.
