Fiscal Note
As stated in the Employment Agreement between the City of Madison and Meagan Tuttle, the Planning Division Director salary will be based on an annualized rate of $153,500. Funding for this position is available in the Planning Division's 2024 Adopted Operating Budget.

Submitting the appointment of Meagan Tuttle for confirmation of a five-year term as Planning Division Director.
Body
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Meagan Tuttle to the position of Planning Division Director and has recommended to the Common Council that their appointment be confirmed; and,
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Meagan Tuttle; and,
WHEREAS, the effective date of this contract will be August 5, 2024;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that Meagan Tuttle’s appointment to the position of Planning Division Director is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk’s Office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Meagan Tuttle.
