The proposed resolution amends the 2024 Adopted Engineering Bicycle & Pedestrian Capital Budget to increase federal sources revenue and bike path expenses by $55,366 for the West Towne Path Phase 3 project (Munis #13014). The 2023 Adopted Capital Budget included an estimated $352,000 in federal grant revenue for this project. The City was awarded $407,366 in federal sources. The proposed resolution increases funding and expenses to match the actual grant amount received. No additional appropriation is required.

WHEREAS the West Towne Path Phase 3 Project had $352,000 initially estimated for federal fund sources in the 2023 Adopted Engineering Pedestrian and Bicycle Budget. The actual grant amount included 407,366 of federal funds directed to the project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the 2024 Bicycle & Pedestrian Capital Budget is amended to increase the federal sources budget in West Towne Path Ph3 (project 13014) by $55,366 to match the awarded grant amount.
