Fiscal Note
As stated in the Employment Agreement between the City of Madison and Tyson Roessler, the Transit Chief Maintenance Officer salary will be based on an annualized rate of $146,640. Funding for this position is available within Metro Transit’s 2024 adopted operating budget.

Body
WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Tyson Roessler to the position of Transit Chief Maintenance Officer and has recommended to the Common Council that their appointment be confirmed; and,
WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Roessler
NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Mr. Roessler’s appointment to the position of Transit Chief Maintenance Officer is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk’s Office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Mr. Roessler.
