Public Health Madison and Dane County (PHMDC) proposes the acceptance of additional funding from the University of Wisconsin- Madison to support HIV outreach efforts within the Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) Program.
The Board of Health for Madison and Dane County previously approved Resolution #2022-35 authorizing the acceptance of $90,000 from the University of Wisconsin- Madison for Ryan White Sub-Recipient Part C. PHMDC received an additional $5,733.40 from The University of Wisconsin-Madison for FY2023-2024, increasing the total funding amount to $95,733.40 for 2023-2024.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Health for Madison and Dane County on behalf of Public Health Madison and Dane County authorizes the Director of Public Health, or their designee, to accept and expend the funds in the total amount of $95,733.40 for the SRH HIV Outreach budget.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that Board of Health for Madison and Dane County on behalf of Public Health Madison and Dane County authorizes the Director of Public Health, or their designee, to adjust the 2023-2024 Public Health budget accordingly.
