Bill Montelbano appealing MGO 29.37(2)(b). The rule requires that all buildings and additions in the Capital Fire District be non-combustible construction. The variance requested is to allow some wood construction. Additional means of safety is being provided by sprinklering the second floor. In addition, sprinkler outlets shall be provided to sprinkler the first floor. The Madison Fire Department supports the variance with sprinklers as noted above. | Approve | |
