Accepting street improvements (sidewalk) constructed by Private Contract In 2501 S Stoughton Road, Private Contract No. 9018 (District 16).
Body
WHEREAS, TJF 2501 STOUGHTON ROAD, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (Sidewalk) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 2501 S Stoughton Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (sidewalk) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, sidewalk, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Seiferth Road Sidewalk from W of 2503 Seiferth Road to Pflaum Road.
• Pflaum Road Sidewalk from Pflaum Road to S Stoughton Road Service Road E.
• South Stoughton Service Road Sidewalk from N of 2509 S Stoughton Road to Pflaum Road.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13445 by $ 1,499.40 for a useful life of 40 years.
