Body
WHEREAS, M & M REAL ESTATE INVESTMENTS, INC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (sidewalk) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 1945 Winnebago Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said street improvements (sidewalk) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That the street improvements, sidewalk, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Russell Street Sidewalk from SE of Winnebago Street to Winnebago Street.
• Winnebago Street Sidewalk from N of Winnebago Street to Russell Street.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13378 by $ 4,704.00 for a useful life of 40 years.
