Informational Presentation by Parks and Public Health staff regarding Nature Everywhere Initiative in Madison and Beyond

The City of Madison, as part of the Madison Region, was selected to be a Nature Everywhere City in August 2023 by the National League of Cities and the Children and Nature Network. Madison Parks is a partner in this initiative along with Public Health Madison and Dane County, Madison Metropolitan School District, Aldo Leopold Nature Center, Nature Net, and other nature-based partners in the Madison Region. Aligned with this initiative, Madison is hosting the 2024 Nature Everywhere Conference at Monona Terrace from May 28-31, 2024. Details on both of these programs will be shared at the March Board of Park Commissioners.
