The purpose of this First Amendment to the Use Agreement for the Wingra Park Boat Livery and Vilas Park Beach for the 2015-2029 Permit Years is to update the Improvement approval process, by raising the threshold for Board of Parks Commissioner approval and giving the Parks Division additional authority over minor Improvements.
