Fiscal Note

The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the CIPP UV Lining Rehabilitation of Sewers Phase 1 - 2024. The total estimated cost of the project is

$1,578,374 comprised of $1,353,374 in sanitary sewer costs and $225,000 in stormwater costs. Funding is available in Munis project #14923 (sewer) and Munis project #15103 (stormwater). No additional appropriation is required.

Body

BE IT RESOLVED,

 

1)                     That the plans and specifications for CIPP UV Lining Rehabilitation of Sewers Phase 1 - 2024 be and are hereby approved.

 

2)                     That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.

 

3)                     That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
