Body
WHEREAS, DANE COUNTY FRIENDS OF FERALS, INC. DBA MADISON CAT PROJECT, has satisfactorily completed the installation of street improvements (sidewalk) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 3205 Latham Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That the street improvements, sidewalk, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• Latham Drive Sidewalk from STA 57+15 to STA 58+11.
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 12962 by $ 1,612.80 for a useful life of 40 years.
