Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution authorizes work related to Parking garage maintenance and the estimated cost is $746,810. Parking's 2024 adopted operating budget includes $700,445 for building maintenance. Any costs above this amount will be accommodated within Parking's existing purchased services budget.

Approving plans and specifications and authorizing the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for 2024 Parking Garage Maintenance. (District 2, District 4, and District 6)

WHERAS the City of Madison Parking Utility is responsible for the maintenance of City of Madison Parking Utility ramps, and
WHERAS these ramps require ongoing maintenance to maximize their longevity
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 2024 Parking Garage Maintenance, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign and grant easements or right-of-way release or procurement documents, maintenance agreements or encroachment agreements, as necessary and grant or accept dedication of lands and/or easements from/to the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
