A (Agricultural) District to A (Agricultural), TR-P (Traditional Residential-Planned), and CC-T (Commercial Corridor-Transitional) District for proposed “Midpoint Meadows” subdivision.

The Common Council of the City of Madison do hereby ordain as follows:
1. Map Amendment 00665 of Section 28.022 of the Madison General Ordinances is hereby created to read as follows:
“28.022-00665. The following described property is hereby rezoned to A (Agricultural) District.
A parcel of land located in the NE1/4 of the NW1/4 and the NW1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 2, T6N, R8E, City of Madison, Dane County, Wisconsin to-wit:
