Fiscal Note

As stated in the Employment Agreement between the City of Madison and Michelle Drea, the City Assessor salary will be based on an annualized rate of $149,227. Funding for this position is available within the Assessor's 2023 Adopted Operating Budget.

Body

WHEREAS, the Mayor has appointed Michelle Drea to the position of City Assessor and has recommended to the Common Council that their appointment be confirmed; and,

WHEREAS, the parties have reached an accord on the terms and conditions of an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Drea

NOW THEREFORE, be resolved that Ms. Drea's appointment to the position of City Assessor is hereby confirmed, and the Mayor and the City Clerk’s Office are authorized to execute an Employment Agreement between the City and Ms. Drea.
