Accepting storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) constructed by Private Contract 603 South Point Road - Edison Expansion, Private Contract No. 8946 (District 9)
Body
WHEREAS, the FMI Development, LLC, has satisfactorily completed the installation of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, in: 603 South Point Road - Edison Expansion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
1. That said storm sewer, and street improvements (excluding bituminous surface pavement) be and are hereby accepted.
2. That said storm sewer improvements are hereby assigned to the Madison Storm Water Utility for ownership and maintenance and that the attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements shall be reflected in the Madison Storm Water Utility's "Utility Plant In Service".
Increase in Total Plant Value per Schedule “A” $43,713.60
3. That the street improvements, excluding the bituminous pavement, on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:
• South Point Road from 404’N of Watts Road to Harvest Moon Lane
• Harvest Moon Lane from Pine Lawn Pkwy to South Point Road
The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 13219 $ 200,443.99 for a useful life of 40 years.
