Body

WHEREAS, BHTOO, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for:  Ninth Addition to Blackhawk Subdivision.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     Sandhill Road from 184’ W of Red Rock Ln to Red Rock Ln.

•                     Sandhill Road from Red Rock Ln. to 182’ E of Red Rock Ln.

•                     Red Rock Ln from Blackhawk Rd to Sandhill Rd.

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11968 by $52,938.07 for a useful life of 40 years.
