WHEREAS, East South Point, LLC has satisfactorily completed the installation bituminous surface pavement by private contract, in accordance with the City of Madison Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, for: Acacia Ridge - Surface.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

That the bituminous surface street improvements on the following streets be and are hereby accepted:

•                     Feather Sound Drive from 196’ S of Watts Road to Watts Road

•                     Feather Sound Drive from Watts Road to Highland Gate Way

•                     Feather Sound Drive from Highland Gate Way to Honey Elm Ln

•                     Feather Sound Drive from Honey Elm Ln to Harvest Moon Ln

•                     Roman Mist Way from Highland Gate Way to Honey Elm Ln

•                     Highland Gate Way from Feather Sound Drive to Roman Mist Way

•                     Watts Road from South Point Road to Feather Sound Drive

•                     Watts Road from Feather Sound Drive to Stone Arbor Trl

•                     Sleepy Pond Way from Feather Sound Drive to 160’ E of Feather Sound Drive

•                     Feather Sound Drive from Clear Rise Blvd (N) to Sleepy Pond Way

•                     Feather Sound Drive from Clear Rise Blvd (S) to Clear Rise Blvd (N)

The attached Schedule "A" representing the actual cost of construction of these improvements, which shall increase the street infrastructure value for Project No. 11937 by $69,286.06 for a useful life of 40 years.
