Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the Well 15 PFAS Treatment Facility project. The total estimated cost of the project is $5,000,000. This project is part of Water Utility's 2024 Capital Request funded by $5,135,000 in State Sources. Bidding is anticipated to begin in late 2023 with the award occurring in 2024. If the Capital Budget request is approved, funding will be available in MUNIS 14092. If the Capital Budget request is not approved, Water Utility will adjust or delay the bid schedule until adequate funding is available.

BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for Well 15 PFAS Treatment Facility, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
