Fiscal Note
The proposed resolution approves plans and specifications and authorizes the Board of Public Works to advertise and receive bids for the 229 Felland Road Booster Pump Install project. The total estimated cost of the project is $300,000. This project is anticipated to begin bidding in late 2023 with the award occurring in 2024. Funding for the project is contingent upon the approval of the mid-year budget adjustment resolution. If the mid-year adjustment budget resolution is approved, funding will be available in MUNIS 14413-86-150. If not, Water Utility will adjust or delay the bid schedule until adequate funding is available.

Body
BE IT RESOLVED,
1) That the plans and specifications for 229 Felland Road Booster Pump Install, be and are hereby approved.
2) That the Board of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to advertise and receive bids for said project.
3) That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept dedication of lands and/or easements from the Developer/Owner for public improvements located outside of existing public fee title or easement right-of-ways.
