The proposed resolution amends the 2023 Parks Capital Budget by authorizing a net-neutral transfer of $680,565 in existing GO borrowing authority between major projects and an additional $60,000 in Park Impact Fee support for the Door Creek Park Shelter Project (Munis #14334). The Door Creek Park Shelter Project does not have sufficient funding to cover the award for Public Works Contract No. 9326. The available budget authority in Munis #14334 is $3,200,000 and the contract total is $3,780,498 (including contingency). The project also requires a new fiber connection to the building, estimated at $155,000, for a project total of $3,935,497. The combined existing project authority, proposed GO transfers and impact fee support total $3,940,565. No additional appropriation is required.
