Adoption of Park Development Plan for Kestrel Park

Parks staff has undertaken the park development plan process for Kestrel Park. Staff has developed a proposed park development plan with input from neighborhood residents at two public input meetings. In May 2023, staff provided an update and informational presentation and sought input from the Board of Park Commissioners on the proposed draft park development plan. Staff is seeking adoption of the proposed Kestrel Park Development Plan from the Board of Park Commissioners.
This plan, adopted by the Board of Park Commissioners, shall guide development of Kestrel and conforms to the City of Madison Adopted Park Master Plan Policy.
